Ordering was simple and arrived today and I'm looking forward to using my purchase

Looka good ? just hope it dose what it says on the box.

Order was lost in delivery and was replaced and received very quickly.

I have bought many things from Expert Verdict and am always satisfied with the speed of delivery and the way they are packed. The items are good too!

Everything arrived on time,there was no problem with ordering.I am pleased with the items which I received.

Key finders broken or hyper sensitive to sound, going beep all the time and key stash poor quality.
Will not be ordering again .

One item very pleased with for cleaning classes but no good for jewellery second item will be week's before we know if it works or not

There is no problem with Verdict at all! The problem was with Evri as the delivery was days later than predicted and then delivered to the wrong address!!

The item was delivered with an almost dead battery which made it very quiet . Not very helpful as it was a cookery timer.

I had to wait over 7 days to get my order as there was a delay. Within a couple of days of me inquiring where it was, it was delivered.
I have bought a number of things from Expert Verdict over time and this has never happened before. It wont stop me from purchasing from them again in the future though.

I am about to return my composter. It is not fit for purpose. I made it up as it came in pieces and then it started falling apart.

Knee supports split on first day of wearing. Can not wear them again as they have completely split. Very disappointed in the quality. Unusable now.

This might be an unfair judgement, as I left both items unopened - one because I could not believe that it would fit and didn't wish to risk being unable to return it, and the other because the instructions (which were so small they were difficult to read) did not seem to go with the item itself, with the result that I could not access the battery compartment. Both items are being returned. (Normally we are quite satisfied with purchases from Expert Verdict.)

I had ordered the item originally in early November, in good time for Xmas. When it was not delivered, I contacted Expert Verdict who re-ordered. Again, the item did not arrive, so I hesitantly agreed to re-re-order and finally the item arrived middle of January. Relieved finally to receive my order, but reluctant ever to order from Expert Verdict again.
